Based on the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Number: 463/E/0/2021, dated October 27, 2021, AKAKOM College of Management and Computer Science (STMIK AKAKOM) changed its form to the Digital Technology University of Indonesia. As a consequence, all the student data and the courses, as well as the home base lecturer data from all existing study programs, must be migrated to the university.
The preparation of the Data Migration Team at t Digital Technology University of Indonesia (DTUI) involved all of the study programs, the operators of the Higher Education Database, the Head of the Academic Section, and the related parties. After going through the data cleaning and evaluation stages from the Higher Education Service in Region V, the data migration had been carried out from STMIK Akakom to the Digital Technology University of Indonesia (DTUI) (12/1). The data migration process was assisted by the technical team of the Central Higher Education Database, the officials of the Higher Education Service in Region V, the data migration team, and all of the leaders of Digital Technology University of Indonesia.
The Rector of the Digital Technology University of Indonesia, Ir. Totok Suprawoto, M.M., M.T., stated that the data migration process from STMIK Akakom to the Digital Technology University of Indonesia could be completed smoothly. "After the data migration process from the Higher Education Database (HED) to Digital Technology University of Indonesia (DTUI) was done successfully, the next process of adjusting the accreditation status of the old study program from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education to the Higher Education Data Base (HED) of Digital Technology University of Indonesia (DTUI) was carried out immediately ".
There were data adjustments that lead to the Higher Education Database (HED), including the reporting on the data of Higher Education Database (HED) in the odd semester of 2021/2022, SISTER application, the reporting of the Lecturers' Workload, and the Higher Education Institutional Licensing Service Information System.
The Chairman of the Widya Bakti Education Foundation (WBEF) Yogyakarta, Ir. Teguh Wijono Budi Prasetijo, M.M., stated that this success has shown that all the data at Digital Technology University (DTUI) of Indonesia is managed properly. It is hoped that in the future the data that has been migrated will support the process of academics and services to the students.
