A statute is the basic regulation of the Higher Education Management which is used as the basis for the preparation of operational regulations and procedures in Higher Education. The management of Higher Education needs to be stated in the regulation referred to as the statute.

The chairman of the Widya Bakti Education Foundation (WBEF), Ir. Teguh Wiyono B.P., M.M., handed over the Statute of - formerly known as STMIK AKAKOM - to the Rector of DTUI, Ir. Totok Suprawoto, M.M., M.T. (3/1), witnessed by all the structural officials of the Widya Bakti Education Foundation and Digital Technology University of Indonesia.

The statute was set by Widya Bakti Education Foundation (WBEF) as the Organizing Body of Digital Technology University of Indonesia (DTUI). These guidelines were prepared based on the values, developments, and needs of the institution. It is in line with the guidelines of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education and the applicable laws.
